Arrested for state and federal offences at the age of 36 is Paul Ki,m who hails from Las Vegas as a cinematographer because he burned down the Tesla facility. Police reports show Kim carried out his attack against Tesla autos with Molotov cocktails while he fired gunshots at the collision centre on March 18.
Details of the Attack
At exactly 2:45 a.m., the incident occurred inside the Tesla Collision Centre on Badura Avenue. The attacker resisted detection through black clothing to perform attacks on Tesla property by using firebombs and a firearm that resulted in three fired rounds at Tesla vehicles.
Investigation and Arrest
The joint forces of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, together with the FBI, dedicated their resources to track down Kim. The perpetrator’s arrest became possible after surveillance systems detected his black Honda Elantra and provided data with help from drones and license plate readers.
Authorities executed a search of Kim’s household property and discovered various weapons, along with two rifles and a shotgun and firearm components.
Legal Charges and Warnings from Law Enforcement
The state authorities applied charges of arson along with destruction of property and explosive device possession against Kim. The list of federal charges imposed on Kim includes both possession of an unregistered firearm and offences related to arson.
FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans expressed a severe warning about violence through his message, which declared that property terrorism would face no leniency.
